What is Priority Order Processing?

Priority Order Processing is an optional paid service that ensures your order is fast-tracked through our system. When you select this option at checkout, your order will be processed and dispatched ahead of standard orders.

⚠️ Important: Priority Processing applies to order handling and dispatch only. It does not speed up shipping transit times once your order has been handed to the courier.

How It Works

  • Faster Handling: Orders with Priority Processing are packed and prepared for shipment before regular orders.

  • Same-Day or Next-Day Dispatch:

  • Orders placed before 9 AM AWST will be processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

  • Business Days Only: Priority Processing does not apply on weekends or public holidays.

What It Does Not Cover

  • It does not guarantee faster delivery, only faster processing and dispatch.

  • Courier transit times remain the same unless you select Express Shipping at checkout.

  • It does not include after-hours, weekend, or public holiday dispatch.

  • It does not override pre-order or custom product timelines.

Cost

  • The fee for Priority Order Processing is $8.95 AUD per order.

  • This fee is non-refundable once your order has started processing.

Important Notes

  • If your order contains pre-order items or custom products, priority processing will only apply once those items are in stock or ready to ship.

  • If unforeseen delays occur (e.g. stock issues, system errors), we will notify you and refund the Priority Processing fee.

  • Priority Processing is an add-on service. For the fastest overall delivery, we recommend selecting both Priority Processing and Express Shipping at checkout.
