What is Priority Order Processing?
Priority Order Processing is an optional paid service that ensures your order is fast-tracked through our system. When you select this option at checkout, your order will be processed and dispatched ahead of standard orders.
⚠️ Important: Priority Processing applies to order handling and dispatch only. It does not speed up shipping transit times once your order has been handed to the courier.
How It Works

Faster Handling: Orders with Priority Processing are packed and prepared for shipment before regular orders.

Same-Day or Next-Day Dispatch:

Orders placed before 9 AM AWST will be processed the same business day.

Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

Business Days Only: Priority Processing does not apply on weekends or public holidays.
What It Does Not Cover

It does not guarantee faster delivery, only faster processing and dispatch.

Courier transit times remain the same unless you select Express Shipping at checkout.

It does not include after-hours, weekend, or public holiday dispatch.

It does not override pre-order or custom product timelines.
Cost

The fee for Priority Order Processing is $8.95 AUD per order.

This fee is non-refundable once your order has started processing.
Important Notes

If your order contains pre-order items or custom products, priority processing will only apply once those items are in stock or ready to ship.

If unforeseen delays occur (e.g. stock issues, system errors), we will notify you and refund the Priority Processing fee.

Priority Processing is an add-on service. For the fastest overall delivery, we recommend selecting both Priority Processing and Express Shipping at checkout.
